Disappointed

I recently changed over from ADSL to Telkom wireless LTE due to the fact that our cables are no longer going to be there, however since changing over my internet is slower than ADSL, it is more off than on and this happens on a daily basis, how can Telkom offer a package that clearly does not work 70% of the time?
