Disappearing Telkom Data

I think the start ratings should allow a person to give a minus star, actually -5 stars.. I have been using a Telkom router and 20GB for a while and most months I do not deplete the allocated dta. This month by the 12th it seems I have depleted all the unused data and this month allocation as well. Doing exactly what I did the 12 previous months. Friday . I bought 20 GB extra and took care to use it sparingly as I can not afford to buy any more data. Before going online Saturday I checked the available data and I had 15.46 GB left. Saturday afternoon relaxing and reading online news about the Senakal debacle when up come the message "Out Of Bundle" after reading reviews and opinions avoiding videos like the plague.
