Disappearing technician
Reported faulty ADSL , technician came out and tested the line then excused himself to make repairs at the local exchange( he said he will call back within the hour ) To ad injury to insult our voice line died within minutes !!! Said technician HAS NOT called back since ? Lines still dead No explanation what is going on . We are absolutely dependent on data and voice .
