DISAPPEARING DATA AND INCREASE IN CONTRACT COST

Took out a 60G wifi contract with Telkom in February 2019. Besides having our monthly subscription increased 2 months after signing a 24 month contract, our data is disappearing at an alarming rate. 28.9G used in 3 days only WhatsApp and Facebook for 3 users. REALLY!!!!!!! Trying to contact them and get assistance is almost impossible. GOING TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF I CAN GET THROUGH
