Disapointment in Telkom service

I am stuggeling to sign in or create an account where I can check my usage and available data. Was on the phone with an agent at 16:45 gave het my sim cars number,she said she is with just now and after 35 minute my call was disconnected, doing no effort to phone me back : my sim number: ********** ********** 744066, can someone please get back to me to sort out my problem, I have phoned at least 5 times with an avarage of 22 minutes per call, and no agent is able to assist me, consider cancelling this contact
