disapointed

<p>i have tried calling Telkom promenade mitchells plain so many times the phone rings but nobody ever picks up then it goes to voicemail then it switches off. this requires me to walk into the branch which i can't always do because unlike Talkom consultants i do have a job to do. all i want is a letter that states that i am paid up to date on my Telkom account a letter that states i am not in any arears with them that is it that is all i need. i call head offices they can't help me why do you make things so difficult for your customers.</p>
