Direct Shops impossible to phone.

Simply trying to acquire more information, by phoning a direct shops seems to be a complete waste of time they simply never pick up there phones. <br> <br> Saturday 7 March we phoned the shop to find out what documents do they need to do a renewal of our contract the shop we phoned and used was the Kollonade Retail Park in Montana Pretoria Tel: *** no answer kept going thru to the voice pick up, we also tried Wonder Park Retail Shop same thing, one would imagine they really busy, so we drove to the shop and was amazed that there was nobody even in the shop.<br> <br> So then we found out that they cannot help us because they do not keep stock of the xbox on promotion, something they could have told us over the phone if they bother to pick up.<br> <br> 5 Days later and we still waiting on approval, and each time we want a update we have to drive to the shop because they never pick up the phones, in the last 5 days this week, my wife manage to get thru to them once and she had to phone and I'm not joking 20 times before they decided to pick it up.<br> <br> Honestly if this is how direct shops are managed then closing them all down seems like a really good idea,
