Direct Entries on TELKOM account

Since March this year I try to stop this entries but still it is on my account every month'. We have no idea what this is for, and never requested this service/product or whatever it is. We have reported the problem via the 10217 help desk, but still we are charged every month. They give me a emial address. I email Telkom with a reply "Please be assured that this matter has been escalated to the relevant department and feedback will follow." I am hoping if I use Hello Peter someone from Telkom will act and not only say they will assist us, and only say that they will send it to the right department and 5 months later still nothing is happening.
