Digusted in Telkom !!!!!!

We are good clients of telkom ! We have 5 contracts with them and when they call us to upgrade or take new contracts we always support them.

We upgraded on Thursday last week and they said our WIFI and the router will come tomorrow wich is Friday. Only to find out today that the order was missing/misplaced due to the incorrect adress input after we gave the consultant the correct adress he didn't input the right adress.

We are not happy with telkom and we are very close to not support them anymore and canceling ALL our contracts with them. Now we have to wait another week for our stuff to arrive even tho it was the consultants fault ! This is really pathetic, unpleasant & unprofessional to say the least. Very unhappy with this company. Please have this resolved and deliver my goods as said tomorrow. Make sure to get consultants who knows what they are doing !!!!!!
