difficulty with Telkom contract upgrade/renewal
I am trying very hard to upgrade Telkom contract. I know from all the phone calls that Telkom is trying to get hold of me, but when I answer the call is cut. I tried the online upgrade, but when I submit, the response is error 403.

24 May 2021, 21:35..a previous contract I tried to upgrade was so difficult, ..but the process to cancel was so easy, I cancelled and went to Rain.
