Difficulty getting my line reinstated ??♂️??♂️

Line was suspended, made payment via the online portal which is supposed to be quick. Payment reflects but line hasn’t been restored. The call centre keeps saying wait 2hrs. It’s been more than 24hrs without my line been reinstated.
