Difficulty closing accounts.

My mother passed away in June and I have been trying to close all of her accounts, They have since only closed her mobile account but there are other accounts still active which they are not closing and they keep sending invoices each month which keep growing despite me having gone into two different branches with her death certificate to notify them of her passing. they then tell me it will take a week to close but nothing ever comes of it.
