Difficult to upgrade

Oh my greatness where do one start with telkom mobile and there bad service.<br> <br> In todays modern world how difficult can it be to upgrade, they advertise phones but none of the stores have the phones, if thats the case then dont offer people contracts because clearly Telkom cant even run that properly. This is not my first rodeo with telkom why must it always be a mission, every store sends you to the next i mean does telkom pay for my petrol to drive up and down like a fool.<br> <br> And please ask your stores to answer the damn phones so one can ask them if they have phones even that is a problem.
