Difficult to renew a contract

Telkom you can do better. Your said I can renew my contract for a data (60 gig) including the laptop(Mecer) for R399 for 36 month. When I spoke to the sales agent the would tell me that, you can only apply for it online., when you go to online options, the package is not available. I have sent numerous email to the retention department. No one is responding to my emails. Instead you get calls from sales agents everyday trying to sell you something different, when I inquire about the deal as advertised to me, I get the same story, "apply online", when you go online, the package is not available.
