Difficult to renew

I received a message from Telkom on 8/05/2025 stating that my contract is up for renewal and they have a deal on the honour x6b with a x8a tablet for R299 over 36 months. I've been to 2 stores who were absolutely useless and called the contact centre who were just the same. I spoke to 2 people who said that the deal is online only and today was told that there was never a deal for R299 . It seems like nobody at telkom knows what is going on
