Difficult to clear paid account

It is really difficult to cancel a contract with Telkom I swear that things are not done properly there. I have paid my account in full even paid the month ahead but I have been struggling to cancel my account with Telkom and since last month I have waiting for confirmation letter that account . Now this year they've handed me over to VVM for something I paid long ago.
