DIFFERENT RATES ON SAME TELKOM PACKAGE

I have a 10mbps DSL line with Telkom. I also have an unlimited calling telephone line with this bundle. This is a so called prom which started at around R750.00 per month and now the bill averages R1105.00 per month. My neighbor who has the same specification package is billed on average R775.00 per month. Been to a Telkom branch today to query why I pay so much. I am told that my package is different to the neighbor and that the cheaper package is not available. I can downgrade to a 4Mbps line which will cost less. Why is it that Telkom does not inform you when then package fee is going to increase and not tell you when there is another cost effective package available. I am told there is nothing they can do and that i am stuck in paying R1105.00 per month. Most disgusted ... pity no fibre in my area as i would have left you a long time ago...Your NON SERVICE is pathetic to say the least.
