Dieketseng Elizabeth Rantie is just the best!!!

I had the most fantastic service from Dieketseng Elizabeth Rantie!!!

I have been struggling to cancel my contract since the end of March and as a last resort I contacted the call centre to request assistance. Dieketseng was the agent who assisted me and went over and above the call of duty to help me get the matter resolved. She emailed me the new cancellation form and provided me with the correct email address to send it to. She told me that if I did not come right that I must email the form to her and she will send it to the relevant department. She then did exactly that when I told her I was struggling and that my emails were returning. She immediately forwarded the email to the cancellations department who attended to my case immediately. I am truly grateful to have dealt with such a professional agent with such a great attitude towards customer service!
