Didnt upgrade

I'm Soo unhappy with telkom, I paid off my account 4 months ago , tried to email them to close my account, even called till this day nobody is calling and now I'm told I owe them 500 for data I don't receive and I refused to upgrade with cause were I stay there is no network and I'm unemployment at the moment
