Didn't get what I bargained for Not happy at all

I must be crazy because I am sure I agreed to a WiFi pocket router and Home based wifi.. Received my package today with only the Home based WiFi router.. Sow I am ****ed as I need someone from Telkom to explain to me what's the confusion is here.. Because I am buffled as it was clear that I was main interest in the pocket wifi.. I am not happy at all
