Didn't show up
On the 3rd of December I app**** for a line installation from Telkom. They said it would take about 2 weeks for my area. After over a month of waiting I got an sms stating they would come out on the 15th of January to install my line. It was mentioned that it was an all day appointment so I took the day off. Nobody showed up to install the line. I have been in touch with Telkom and all I get is. We will look in to it with nothing being done.
