Didn't come to install line

Well so we moved at the beginning of June and ordered our line to be moved. They first of all didn't cut off the old line when they were supposed and then we found out they didn't actually place an order. We got that sorted out but then they gave us Monday the 6th of July and never showed up. Now they tell us they'll come on Friday the 17th of July. This is unacceptable. Why didn't they come and how can we even believe they'll come on the 17th. Which is a month and a half too late
