Did not receive Telkom LIT box and poor service

We app**** for the Telkom "Unlimited Home 10mps" package in September. What a disaster! We signed the contract on the 4th and after many phone calls the line installation was done on the 19th. The technion was not aware that we app**** for the home package and so he did not bring the router, LIT TV box and sim with him. Without these items the line is useless to us. He arrived on the 27th with ONLY the router. We were told to go collect it at the Telkom shop. There they told us that they have no stock! And they haven't received any stock for a few months already!! But what now?- we are not allowed to cancel, we can't get everything on the deal, but we must be happy?! It is two months later and we stil didnt receive the LIT TV box. We had to buy one to use in the mean time!!! But to put a cherry on the cake we received the bill and even though the line was installed on the 19th and we only used it from the 27th, we were billed from the 4th!!! It is 23 days that we haven't used it, but he have to pay for it!!! After we personally had to call Open Serve technions numerous times to speed up the installation process! O yes, and Telkom can not provide any information on when and where the technions (Open serve) are going to install because they are not Telkom. Telkom is a communications company, but their Telkom representatives can't do ANYTHING for you in store, because they don't have phone's! And the ones that do have phone's can't place a call they sent What's app voice notes to the other stores!!! They just log a call, and someone will call you...IF you are lucky! They logged two calls for me this morning, not a single person contacted me! They can't help me in store, they don't call me back, but... I have to pay for something I didn't use for 23 days, and I didn't receive anything on the deal!!! And the line is not consistent, it dips, the highest th upload speed has tested was 8mps and as low as 0.68mps! And best the upload speed have tested was 1.73 mps! I am very, very unhappy with Telkom and myself, because when friends warned me NOT to use Telkom, I didn't listen!!!
