Did not receive Galaxy buds with my Samsung Galaxy A31

As part of my upgrade, I went through the process of calling the Telkom mobile agents (which took me a grand total of 5 hours of waiting time) to renew my contract and get a new device. after finally reaching a consultant (waiting approximately 45 minutes per call) I eventually managed to arrange my phone. The consultant then told me that there is a special (Samsung Galaxy A31) which contains the phone with Galaxy Buds (Blue Tag sale). I was persuaded to go for the more expensive deal as it included the Galaxy buds. I received the phone today without the Galaxy buds? not sure what happened, but I would like the matter to be resolved. The whole reason I decided to get this phone was because of the package deal, which I didn't receive.
