Did not phoe customer back as promised

I ordered an adsl on account *** order no. ***A. Jeanette phoned me on Tuesday afternoon 17 November 2015 requesting a phone no. close by as there is no infrastructure.She said she will phone me at 07 h 30 on 18 Novemver 2015 which she did not do till now.I phoned 10210 to confirm status of order I was told it is under cancellation.I requested that they put a comment that at house no 40 *** be put and they can use this number for plotting circumstances.
