did not delivery as they promised

i took a contract mid November 2017 with Telkom 1 FREE me date package. they said i will receive 30 gigs for the first 3 moths but still today no date was loaded. when i called them they said it will be loaded on the 1st of December but nothing. i opened a case on the 08/12/2017 and they said my case will be attended within 72 hours but still nothing today is the 20th of December 2017 . i will never advise anyone to consider this package !!
