Did not cancel my adsl

<p>Hi, two months ago I received a phone call from lawyers that I owe telkom money, I went to my nearest branch and they said I owe money because of my adsl line. In July 2015 I phone telkom to cancel our adsl line because we moved from Pretoria East to Centurion. There is record that I phoned in to cancel the line but it was never cancelled. It has been 4 trips to telkom and nothing has come of it. They keep telling me they did ecsalade it to the right department but I dont receive any feedback whatsoever. Last week different lawyers sms'd me and said I owe money to telkom and again I went to my nearest branch and they only send an email to the billing department. Now I have a default on my credit record because of this and still have not received feedback on this matter.</p>
