Did not call back on 2 occasions

I have been on hold on Monday for an hour and a half before Fikile answered the phone. We started doing the R599 promotion application. The call had dropped. Fikile didn't bother calling back. Called again today. was on the call for 2 hours, once again the call dropped. Fikile didn't bother phoning back.<br> <br> All i want it to complete the application and there is no way that i am calling telkom again. <br> <br> They are just utterly inefficient.
