Device Subscription Fee is 149 with 5 GB data

<p>I got the black Friday deal that was released in Novemeber where I purchased the wifi device with 5GB data for 149 per month. If you look at invoice number ********** 452 for the number on which I am supposed to get 5 GB data, I am being charged ZAR 500. How come? I did not even use my 5 GB limit and have been charged 500. Called customer care but as usual after holding for 28 minuets call was disconnected and rep on otherside did not know where to look for. Also before sending me the device as part of the process you debited ZAR 149 from my account. That is also not adjusted in any of your previous bills. Please sort this out ASAP.
