Device subscription charges

Good morning all

Please make sure in future when signing a contract with telkom that you know exactly what you gonna have on pro-rata and what is charged in full. Telkom charges device subscription for 4 days in full but dont explain or tell the customer that it is going to be charged in full.

i think that is BS because how can you pay for a full month of device subscription but only have the phone for 3days and 7hours???????

please people check ask every every time.
