Device sold without notice
I went to Mall of Africa store on Saturday 7 October to make payment for a device that was at repairs. Repair costs were rejected and I was told to pay R190 to assessment fee.
I went to the store on Saturday to get the reference number to make the payment. I was given the reference number, after a lot of hassle, and went to make payment.
Today, 9 October 2017 I receive an email stating that the device was sold to defray payment.
Device was sold to recover R190? Why was I not informed of this on Saturday when I was given the reference number to make payment?
Please refund the R190 I paid for the assessment fee as well as return my device.
