Device Obligation / Carryover charges

If possible I wouldn't even give them a star. My contract ended with Telkom and I chose not to upgrade but come to my surprise I received a billing of R430 for Device Obligation / Carryover. I've been calling them but no response .

I wouldn't advise anyone to take a contract with Telkom!
