Device not delivered
<p>I was contacted to do an upgrade over the phone. Delivery was promised in 5 working days. A wireless charger was delivered but the cellphone was not . Aping contacting telkom I was told that my device was delivered. I explained to the consultant what had happened and was told that my matter will be escalated further and I will recieve a sms confirming my reference number which has not come yet. I am very unhappy with the service that is provided by telkom and have not recieved any feedback regarding my matter.</p>
