@Telkomclaims. The beginning of the week I was doing a follow up on a claim I did back in April. I was assisted by this kind gentleman his name is HLULANI MARULE. He above and beyond to assist me during the whole process from making sure that every document submitted was taken to the correct department to processing and closing the claim. he took me through the whole process and updated me on how the claim was going. He was so patient and took the time to assist me and it was a great feeling to be assisted in that manner; there was no rush to try and finish to move to the next caller.
