Device claim

I am not happy with Telkom insurance, i did a claim for my phone and its almost a month since i claimed and still i do not have the phone yet i was advised that it takes about 7 business days for the whole process when i phoned to follow up the other consultant is advising me that the process take 10 days but still that 10 days is past long time still i got no phone. All the staff there dont have the same information one is saying this and the other says something else i dont know what to do, i even asked to speak to the team leader but for 3 consecative days i was advised that she is in the meeting and the team and she asked for my number to phone me back but i never got the call from the team leader and that upsets me....yesterday the 28/01/2025 i called again i spoke to Obakeng he gave me the list of the devices to choose from and he said i must go check them on the internet and phone back to give them the one that i like,i did that and called them back i spoke to Thulani and he said the devices im giving him are not on my catergory they are expensive, i told him that its what was given to me then he went to check with Obakeng but he denied he said he did not give me those devices and i asked Thulani to put him on the line , he did and still he denied untill i wanted to complain he admitted amd made me wait while he is checking the correct devices i need to choose from he never came back and Thulani advised me that Obakeng will get back to me in few seconds, i waited for the call and he never called untill the next day then i called them again. I dont undersdand those people from Omart insurance i dont think they want to assist me with my claim i dont see the need of having the insurance if you still gonna waith for a whole month for the phone, i really dont see a need of having it, i am very upset with all this, i received an email that the order can be placed and it take 3-5 business days for the device to be delivered but when i phone they say 7-10 days ayy ayyy ayy these people need to be educated and have the correct information
