Device Blacklist
I am disgusted in Telkom's service . i am being sent from pillar to post . I received a samsung galaxy s6 from Telkom Clearwater , the device was ****** , Telkom now refuses to blacklist the phone because there was a cell c sim card in the phone . Cell c cant blacklist the device because it was registered to Telkom . the agents at telkom are not helpful at all . i need the device blacklisted , can someone with some brains at telkom please assist . device IMEI : ********** ********** 0
