devastated

I took out a lap top contract with Telekom for my unusable studies last year March, 3 months down the line they called saying I qualify for an additional fine which I also took. I went to johannesburg that week due to work demands. I then got a call from telkom saying my fine is in store I told them in in johannesburg they said they will deliver the phone which they did. The phone had a faulty screen I took it back at benoni in Lake side the lady who was assisting me was so rude she told me that the phone was not faulty I dropped it and I must pay for it, to avoid the frustration of the unhappy employee I agreed. I asked her how long will it take she said 6 months. I told her I'm going back to Cape town in January. Can she kindly call me or my fiance as soon as the phone arrive as I will have to book a courier for it which I will pay. She took both the numbers. January I received a bill of a phone I was not using I called the call center the manager I spoke to said they will sort it. I called benoni the was no answer regarding my phone. I went to the store email was sent asking how far is the repair the was no response. Called credit and vetting they told me a phone was sold.
