Desvasted by Telkom

I have a R139 router contract with Telkom. Debit order is on the 15 of every month. On the 15 December 2017 the debit order didn’t go through because of the late payment. I went to Telkom store in Vaal mall trying to rectify the matter, they said they don’t take money I must call 081180. I tried calling but no luck. By then my bank took R115 and Telkom also took R115 because R139 was not paid on the 15. On the 28 December 2017 Telkom debited R139 on my account, which is for December 2017. On the 15 January 2018 R478 was debited and I wasn’t invoiced! I phoned telkom asking for clearification on R478, they then sent me back to the store where I was still not assisted, again Telkom took R60 for the return. At Telkom store they told me that I must phone. I insisted to be helped as I was told to go to the store! They logged a call ********** 8. I never receive any call from them since the call was logged on the 16 of January 2018. On the 30 of January 2018 R339 was debited on my account without my knowledge again! And I received an sms stating my query is being resolved! On the 08 February 2018 I received an invoice of R678 that will be debited on 05 March 2018 for what I still don’t know. I fail to understand how could me missing my debit order date could lead to so much money being debited from my account.Could I kindly be assisted!!!!
