Destroying my credit score

Hi

I have some telkom ngn on my credit score showing a lot of unpaid debits i have no idea what this is for and whyt they are debiting me. I have a fixed line with telkom but this ngn i have no idea and its giving me such a bad credit score and i never app****,signed or agreed on any such service. Now i cant do anything as i have this issue.
