Destrot and terrified customer

What is wrong with Telkom. The account has been cancelles due to the account holder being deceased. Does FNB and Telkom want me dead....please tell me because I'm at a point where you will make me commit suicide 😭😭😭😭 I'm already under depression and anxiety so tell me if you want me dead....you'll don't care......
