Despondent as a result of false advertising

Went for an upgrade nearly two months ago, however what was promised was never delivered. To my surprise the salesman mentioned that the phone (Oppo reno 10 pro +) comes with complementary ipods that should arrive in a week. Till today I haven't received the Ipods, yet first debit order went through. I'm left wondering if such false adverti*****ts are a way to **** some of their most loyal clients. Honestly, I'm despondent and would like to cancel the contract altogether with a return of their mobile device, and stick to paying the data package as initially I wanted the iPhone 14 that unfortunately was out of stock. I cannot pay over a thousand and not get the advertised benefits as promised by telkom menlyn store. For such services, I would not continue with this contract as I feel disrespected and cheated.
