Despite Debit order

They have very bad service i had contract with them in i query for a settlement balance so that i can close the account i was sent an sms stating how much is my balance i made sure i paid up the a whole amount with an R10 mid December 2025, i made few calls to them they told me thy will be able to give me settlement letter aftr 30 days i do not knw why they made wait so long worse the money was reflecting on their side, i went to one of the nearest outlet in Vangate they showed me i owe nothing now today in my bank acc i see my money is being debit by them i paid up the account and am waiting fr my paid up letter 😫😫😫💔💔these people are just messing up my profile 🤯🤯
