Despicable Telkom

<p>I find the service at Telkom to be utterly shocking! After numerous cases being lodged, 8 MONTHS down the line, I am still waiting for Telkom technicians to install the antenna for my Smart Broadband wifi. I have never experienced such apathetic attitude from a network service before. Telkom has never failed to deduct the monthly payment for a device they refuse to install! Cases are lodged only as a means to get complaining customers off the line. Not a single thing happens to your complaint / "case" and their internal structures are set up so that it is virtually impossible to hold anyone accountable...it's like running circles in a hamster wheel. To say that I am furious with Telkom's service is a complete understatement.</p>
