Despicable service...awful experience ever.

I have a contract with this f**up provider. I paid my account on the 2ndJuly 2019 manually and was told it will reflect to them the next day.. my line has been cut off . When I called the helpdesk I had to hold for more than expected. When i finally get hold of an agent,they informed me that they will escalate the matter to the relevant party...called again on the 4th to follow-up.. was told to wait for another 24 hours.. today is the 9th another week without been 're-connected . how long am I supposed to ****en wait for the ****** line to be reopened? I regret ever joining this humiliating team. The service suck. It's actually despicable. Can't wait to pay off this suckers.
