Despicable service

This is the worst provider I have ever dealt with. I have been having issues with them from the time I took out my contract in 2022, the service is beyond disappointing, when ever I try to call I get transferred to atleast 5 departments and still not get the help I need, when asked for a manager there is none available because they are working from home, I have been calling, sending emails trying the WhatsApp channel and absolutely nothing. I regret taking up my contract with them, they do not even deserve a 1 star rating. Even the emails that I am sending are going to the relevant department and thereafter I get a response saying my query is resolved without nothing being done or even speaking to some one. I will advise any one not to deal with them
