Despicable Service by Telkom

I took out a contract with Telkom Mobile at a store in gateway Durban on cell No. *** in December 24th, 2022. They offered a Samsung Galaxy A73 + Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 on the deal. At the time they gave me the phone but not the watch as they did not have stock. The store clerk, Ryan, promised to contact me when the watch would be available. Its being a year now, I still have not received the watch and neither Ryan or Telkom Customer Services have contacted me despite my numerous attempts to solve the issue. I am still paying for the full contract to date. Telkom has zero customer service and it pathetic to see a company behave like ******* by charging money for something they have not provided for a YEAR.
