DESPICABLE SERVICE

<p>I complained on hello peter about a week ago and had one of the Telkom 'assistances'reply. My landline has not been working from the 24th of FEBRUARY!!!! A technician came home but was called away after a few minutes, he said he was going to return but he never did. Your so-callled service is absolutely disgusting and I will never recommend anyone to choose Telkom for anything as they leave their customers hanging without seeing to their needs. I am seriously looking into choosing an alternative to Telkom because this company clearly DOES NOT put their customers first as they ought to and have in the past. Someone better see to my problem ASAP as over a month was more than enough time to assign someone to this issue. Every time they say my problem has been ESCALATED, but I doubt it because if it has been escalated each time I have called to query my problem, it should be NUMBER 1 on the problem list!! Absolutely disappointed in this terribly POOR SERVICE.</p>
