Despicable

I still don't understand why Telkom has been sending me from pillar to post as if they are ***********, what level of ******* service is this!,we have call centers in order to deal with things over the phone when required but clearly they still operate in the ancient times when the only level of service you can get is if they can put colour to your face...Why have I not been assisted as yet when all I require is basic customer service
