Desperately needing assistance from telkom

Hi. Trying to get a hold of someone from Telkom is like trying to see God...impossible.

I have emailed and called and I get no help. I'm trying to cancel my telkom line as we no longer use the landline. I even went into a telkom store and no one can help. Is there anyone from telkom that can help me with the process.
