DESPERATE to port cell number not possible it seems with Telkom

I am shocked at the SHOCKING service - I am in the process of porting from Cell C to Telkom - this is supposed to take 24 - 48 hours - it started on the 28th February and I am still waiting and have been in the final stage since Friday the 1st - the call centre are unable to help and want me to take more time off to go to the store to reapply. I now do not know what to do as I had bad service from Cell C but now have no service from Telkom........
